Second Oliver's Taranga Wine Dinner at Hotel Centennial - Sydney

 

If you missed out on tickets to the first dinner, you have another chance to join us for a Second Oliver's Taranga Wine Dinner with the wonderful Corrina Wright! A very special wine dinner has been specially prepared by Executive Chef Justin North at Hotel Centennial and carefully matched with a selection of Oliver's Taranga wines.

Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards in the McLaren Vale is fermented with rich family history, with over 170 years of growing quality grapes and home to the ultra-premium HJ Reserve Shiraz. Venue

Hotel Centennial is a public house and dining room overlooking Sydney’s Centennial Parklands in Woollahra. Originally established to mark the centenary of the foundation of Australia in 1888, Hotel Centennial has been a long time fixture in eastern suburbs. 

Executive Chef Justin North has created a menu that showcases a fresh take on modern comfort food and his attention to detail and classically trained technique can be seen in the quality of the food available.
